Check-in & check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 on your arrival day; check-out by 10:00 on departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
Is there parking at the lodge?
Yes — there's private on-site parking at the lodge, with space for your vehicle throughout your stay.
How many guests can it sleep?
5 The Glades sleeps up to 6 guests. The lead hirer must be aged 21 or over.
Can I bring a pet?
We're sorry, but we're no longer able to accept pets at 5 The Glades. Registered assistance dogs remain welcome — please let us know when you enquire.
Is the hot tub private?
Entirely private to 5 The Glades. It is cleaned and refilled between each stay and will be ready for use on your arrival.
Deposit & payment terms?
A non-refundable £100 deposit secures your booking, plus a £100 refundable security bond. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your arrival date.
