What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 16:00 on your arrival day. Check-out is by 10:00 on your departure day. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, up to two well-behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge. The lodge has an enclosed garden and patio, perfect for dogs. Please keep pets off the furniture and ensure they are never left unattended in the lodge.
How many guests can the lodge sleep?
5 The Glades sleeps up to 6 guests. The lead hirer must be aged 21 or over.
Is there a wood burner?
Yes, the lodge has a wood-burning stove, perfect for cosy evenings in. Logs can be purchased locally.
Is the hot tub private and always available?
Yes. The hot tub is entirely private to 5 The Glades — it is cleaned and refilled between each stay and will be ready for use on your arrival.
What deposit and payment terms apply?
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking, along with a £100 refundable security bond. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your arrival date.
